Introduction - Get to Know Me

My name is Lillie M. Argue. I am a 65 year-old retiree. I became widowed in late 2022. I created this blog because for the past year after losing my husband I have been in a re-defining state discovering my goals, my purpose and developing a more fulfilled lifestyle. It's a mind thing and if we want to win at anything including life, we have to play in order to win. This blog is for women of a certain age to live life more happy and fulfilled as "we wine it down."

The title is a play on words because now most of us have the time to sit on our patios or porches and drink our wine or coffee. Life has slowed down for us and we no longer have to do what we have to do, but can do the things we want to do. Be it traveling, starting a new business, community service or mentoring. Whatever your passion is you will be inspired by some amazing women our age who are doing just that.
