It's the God in me!

Hello ladies! What's up? Paraphrasing Ms. Erica Badeau...(ya'll alright)? What does it mean to be alright ? Well, just moving forward no matter what. Getting out of bed, mediating and praying and just focusing on whatever it is that you wish to accomplish for the day. Not

feeling anxious or overwhelmed, but slowing down taking deep breathes and taking the necessary steps to be alright! Our next senior highlighted here does exactly that! She can best be described as a Zsa Zsa Gabor, in my opinion for those of us who are old enough to remember the Green Acres TV Show . If you are 60+, you should recall watching that show at some point. That was good ole wholesome TV back then. I see glitz and glamour when I see this senior. Class elegance and perfect style is who she is, CHILE!

Valerie Nero whom I call Val, is the embodiment of style and sophistication! Valerie is a Louisiana transplant now residing in the state of Georgia. I've known this grown and sexy senior since grade school and we also attended the same high school. She has always exhibited class, grace and again elegance, and as I mentioned earlier perfect style! Val has created two online genres which has allowed her to exhibit her "God Given" gifts. On Memorial Day Weekend of 2021, she launched her own online business called Dress It Up Boutique, which was inspired by her late brother Whitney. Val shared that it was Whitney who actually coined the phrase "Making Boss Moves" especially for her and it is a phrase that I have let's just say "borrowed" from her in describing one of the ladies that I've previously highlighted in my blog. In my interview with Val, she explained that she has always loved dressing up and accessorizing. For her it was a passion that led her to launching her own online business. It is her desire to help women put the finishing touches on their outfits, therefore creating the "look" that they are wanting to achieve. Val goes "live" on Facebook weekly so just follow her page for updates. During the lives, you are able to see se her accessories in "real time" and you are able to participate and interact as well. Val states that she not only has women as her customers, but men as well, who are looking for that gift for that special someone. She notes that she has developed a "personal shoppers list" for those men as well as women who may need a little help in purchasing accessories . In addition, Val also has also comes forth with her online live Sunday Morning Mediation and Devotional on Facebook every Sunday morning, 8am Eastern 9am Central. Not only has Val been qualified by God, she is also qualified in that she as she has earned a Master of Theology Degree in May of 2012, and also a Master of Divinity Degree in 2015. She has served in Prison Ministry and also in various other Out Reach Ministries in and and around the Atlanta, Georgia area. She also available speak at seminars and and other various events.
